LOVE YOUR NIEGHBOR

LOVE YOUR NIEGHBOR

The command to love your neighbor is one of the most central themes in Scripture, and it shows up in both the Old and New Testaments with a beautiful consistency. Here are some key verses that speak directly to it:
Leviticus 19:18 “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
This is the very first place the command appears. God roots it in justice, compassion, and holiness.
Matthew 22:37–39 Jesus says the greatest commandment is to love God, and the second is like it:
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”
He teaches that all the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commands.
Luke 10:27 A man quotes the law to Jesus:
“Love the Lord your God… and love your neighbor as yourself.”
This leads into the parable of the Good Samaritan, where Jesus shows that “neighbor” means anyone in need, not just those like us.
Romans 13:9–10 Paul writes that all the commandments are summed up in this one rule:
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”
He adds that love does no harm to a neighbor, so love is the fulfillment of the law.
Galatians 5:14 “For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: Love your neighbor as yourself.”
James 2:8 James calls it the “royal law” found in Scripture:
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”

DON’T TURN AWAY

DON’T TURN AWAY

Hebrews 3:12 Be careful, brothers and sisters, that none of you ever develop a wicked, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.
1 Timothy 4:1“The Spirit says clearly that in the last times some believers will desert the Christian faith. They will follow spirits that deceive, and they will believe the teachings of demons.”
Hebrews 10:23 “We must continue to hold firmly to our declaration of faith. The one who made the promise is faithful.”
2 Corinthians 13:5 “Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves.”
John 10:26-28 However, you don’t believe because you’re not my sheep. My sheep respond to my voice, and I know who they are. They follow me, and I give them eternal life. They will never be lost, and no one will tear them away from me.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO TURN AWAY FROM GOD. HOLD ON TO YOUR FAITH. CHECK YOURSELF TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOT TURNED AWAY FROM GOD.

GOD LIVES IN YOU (PART 1)

GOD LIVES IN YOU (PART 1)

1 Corinthians 3:16 Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?
1 Corinthians 6:19 Don’t you know that your body is a temple that belongs to the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit, whom you received from God, lives in you. You don’t belong to yourselves.
Galatians 2:20 states: I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live I live by believing in God’s Son, who loved me and took the punishment for my sins.
John 14:23 Jesus answered him, “Those who love me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and we will go to them and make our home with them.
1 John 3:24 Those who obey Christ’s commandments live in God, and God lives in them. We know that he lives in us because he has given us the Spirit.
1 John 3:9 “Those who have been born from God don’t live sinful lives. God’s life-giving power lives in them and makes it impossible for them to continue living in sin.”
WE MUST UNDERSTAND Obedience connects to God’s presence: “Those who obey Christ’s commandments live in God, and God lives in them. We know that he lives in us because he has given us the Spirit.” (1 John 3:24) Similarly, “God lives in those who declare that Jesus is the Son of God, and they live in God.” (1 John 4:15–16)

ALLOW THIS QUICK REFRESHER TO CAUSE YOU TO TAKE A LOOK AT YOURSELF, AND REALIZE HOW SPECIAL YOU ARE, HOW POWERFUL YOU ARE, HOW HOLY YOU ARE. IF YOU WILL LOOK DEEP INTO EVERYTHING THAT IS SAID HERE, IT WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOU LIVE.
THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF A DEEP STUDY, MORE TO COME.

GOD LIVES IN YOU “PART 2”

GOD LIVES IN YOU “PART 2”

1 Corinthians 3:16 “Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?” WHY IS THIS VERSE IMPORTANT TO US, HOW DOES THIS VERSE BENEFIT US?
It breaks the lie of spiritual weakness.
Many believers live as if they’re spiritually empty, waiting for God to “show up.”
But this verse declares: You are already filled. You already carry His presence. You already have access to His wisdom, strength, and discernment.
This destroys the mindset of: “I can’t.” “I’m not enough.” “I’m spiritually weak.” ONCE WE REALIZE WHO LIVES IN US WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT: I CAN, I AM ENOUGH, AND I AM SPIRITUALLY STRONG!!!
IT’S THEN THAT WE REALIZE: We carry the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead.
WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE GOD’S TEMPLE Temples were protected spaces — guarded, honored, and set apart.
If you are God’s temple: the enemy cannot claim ownership of you, he cannot dwell where God dwells, he cannot define you, and he cannot overpower the Spirit within you.
This verse becomes a shield. It reminds you that spiritual attacks do not mean spiritual defeat.
What does this verse means for HEALING? If you are God’s temple and His Spirit lives in you, then: God’s presence is already working inside you. Healing isn’t something you’re trying to pull down from heaven. It’s something the Spirit is working from within.
The Spirit in you: restores, renews, strengthens, convicts, comforts, and brings life.
THINK ABOUT THIS: God does not abandon His temple. A builder doesn’t walk away from His own house. A king doesn’t neglect His own sanctuary.
If you are His temple, then: He cares about your wholeness, He invests in your restoration, He protects
what belongs to Him, AND THIS IS THE WORD OF GOD, AMEN AND AMEN!!!

FREEDOM THROUGH CHRIST

FREEDOM THROUGH CHRIST

Romans 6:6–7 We know that the person we used to be was crucified with him to put an end to sin in our bodies. Because of this we are no longer slaves to sin. The person who has died has been freed from sin.
Romans 8:2 The standards of the Spirit, who gives life through Christ Jesus, have set you free from the standards of sin and death.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Whoever is a believer in Christ is a new creation. The old way of living has disappeared. A new way of living has come into existence.
Romans 6:11–14 So consider yourselves dead to sin’s power but living for God in the power Christ Jesus gives you. Therefore, never let sin rule your physical body so that you obey its desires. Never offer any part of your body to sin’s power. No part of your body should ever be used to do any ungodly thing. Instead, offer yourselves to God as people who have come back from death and are now alive. Offer all the parts of your body to God. Use them to do everything that God approves of. Certainly, sin shouldn’t have power over you because you’re not controlled by God’s laws, but by God’s favor.

THANKS TO JESUS SIN DOESN’T HAVE POWER OVER US. WE HAVE THE POWER TO STOP LIVING WITH THE SINS THAT WE WERE SLAVES TO. IT’S BECAUSE OF JESUS WE HAVE POWER TO STOP USING DRUGS, WE HAVE POWER TO COME OUT OF HOMOSEXUALITY, WE HAVE POWER TO STOP THE RACISM, THE GREED, THE SELF-CENTERNESS, THE PRIDE, ETC. BECAUSE OF JESUS WE HAVE THE POWER TO LIVE A GODLY LIFE.
NOW COME OUT OF THAT MESS, AND START LIVING A GODLY LIFE, AND BELIEVE ME EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO COME OUT OF. COME OUT OF IT NOW!!! GIVE ALL OF YOUR LIFE TO GOD AND BE BLESSED BY GOD.
