Philippians 2:3 Do nothing out of rivalry or conceit, but in humility consider others as more important than yourselves. Romans 12:16 Live in harmony with each other. Don’t be arrogant, but be friendly to humble people. Don’t think that you are smarter than you really are.
ALLOW THIS WORD OF GOD TO BE A GUIDE UNTO YOUR LIFE.
Ecclesiastes 3:1“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.” God has appointed seasons for every part of your life — nothing is random. Habakkuk 2:3“Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” God’s promises arrive at the exact moment He intends — never early, never late. Psalm 31:15 “My times are in Your hand.” Your life, your future, your breakthrough — all held securely in God’s timing. Galatians 4:4 “When the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son…” Even the coming of Jesus happened at the exact moment God planned. Isaiah 60:22 “At the right time, I the Lord will make it happen.” God Himself guarantees the timing of what He has promised. Psalm 27:14 “Wait on the Lord… and He shall strengthen your heart.” Waiting is not wasted — God strengthens you while you wait. Lamentations 3:25–26 “The Lord is good to those who wait for Him… It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait.” Waiting is part of God’s goodness toward you. Genesis 18:14 “Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time…” God fulfills impossible things at appointed times. What These Verses Teach About God’s Timing: God’s timing is intentional, not accidental. Delays are often development, not denial. Waiting is part of God’s training, not punishment. When God moves, it is perfect, complete, and right on time.
NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH, TRUST GOD, AND WAIT ON GOD. GOD KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH, AND GOD WILL BE RIGHT ON TIME. ALL SHALL BE WELL.
Men reap the consequences for their actions. Galatians 6:7-8, TLB. “Don’t be misled; remember that you can’t ignore God and get away with it: a man will always reap just the kind of crop he sows! If he sows to please his own wrong desires, he will be planting seeds of evil and he will surely reap a harvest of spiritual decay and death; but if he plants the good things of the Spirit, he will reap the everlasting life which the Holy Spirit gives him.” Matthew 7:1-2 teaches that You will be treated in the same way you treat others. “Don’t criticize, and then you won’t be criticized. For others will treat you as you treat them.” Ezekiel 18:20 teaches that the person who sins will die. A son will not be punished for his father’s sins, and a father will not be punished for his son’s sins. The righteousness of the righteous person will be his own, and the wickedness of the wicked person will be his own. Deuteronomy 11:26–28 states, Today I’m giving you the choice of a blessing or a curse. You’ll be blessed if you obey the commands of the LORD your God that I’m giving you today. You’ll be cursed if you disobey the commands of the LORD your God, if you turn from the way I’m commanding you to live today, and if you worship other gods you never knew. Those who create harm for others often experience that same harm returning to them (Prov 26:27)a which is a principle woven throughout Scripture. Nations and individuals receive back what they have given (Obad 15), and what people have done returns to them (Isa 3:10–11). This isn’t merely poetic; it reflects how destructive schemes inherently contain seeds of self-destruction. All people must appear before Christ’s judgment seat to receive what they deserve for good or evil done in their bodies (2 Cor 5:10). Everyone will give an account of themselves to God (Rom 14:12), and after death comes judgment (Heb 9:27). The Son of Man will come in glory and pay back each person based on what they have done (Matt 16:27). Scripture encourages considering outcomes when making decisions. The Bible frequently encourages readers to consider consequences of their actions, with Proverbs full of warnings and promises spelling out likely outcomes. In the biblical worldview, God controls consequences—they are God’s rewards and punishments for behavior he approves or condemns. God’s evaluation of consequences extends to every dimension of human life. God judges everything done, including every secret matter whether good or bad (Eccles 12:14). Even careless words spoken will be accounted for on judgment day, determining whether people are declared innocent or guilty (Matt 12:36–37). The Lord searches minds and tests hearts, rewarding each person for what they have done and the results of their actions (Jer 17:10).

God’s Provision Is Rooted in His Character Genesis 22:14 — Jehovah‑Jireh: The Lord will provide. God reveals His name through His actions. Provision is not an event — it is His identity. Psalm 23:1 — The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. Lack cannot exist where the Shepherd leads. God provides because of who He is, not because of what we have. God Provides All Our Needs — Not Just Some Philippians 4:19 — God supplies all your need according to His riches. Provision is based on His resources, not yours. Matthew 6:33 — Seek first the kingdom; God adds what you need. Provision flows from priority. Psalm 37:25 — The righteous are never forsaken. God’s track record is perfect. God’s provision is comprehensive — spiritual, physical, emotional, financial. God Provides in Times of Lack and Crisis 1 Kings 17:14 — The widow’s oil and meal never ran out. God sustains what looks insufficient. 2 Corinthians 9:8 — God makes grace abound so you have sufficiency. Provision includes strength, endurance, and ability. Deuteronomy 2:7 — Forty years in the wilderness, yet “you lacked nothing.” God provides consistently, even in hard seasons. Lack is the stage where God shows His faithfulness most clearly. God Provides Strength, Guidance, and Help Isaiah 58:11 — God guides continually and satisfies in drought. Provision includes direction and refreshment. Psalm 84:11 — No good thing withheld from the upright. God’s goodness governs His giving. James 1:17 — Every good gift comes from above. Provision is intentional and perfect. God’s provision is not only material — it is wisdom, strength, and guidance. God Provides Supernaturally Exodus 16:4 — Bread from heaven. God creates supply where none exists. Matthew 14:19–20 — Loaves and fishes multiplied. God multiplies what you surrender. Ephesians 3:20 — Exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think. God exceeds expectations. God is not limited by natural resources or human logic. God Provides Because He Cares for You 1 Peter 5:7 — Cast your cares; He cares for you. Provision flows from relationship. Psalm 145:15–16 — God opens His hand and satisfies every living thing. God’s generosity is universal and personal. God’s provision is motivated by His love for His children. Trust God’s character more than your circumstances. Put God first and expect Him to add what you need. Give God what you have and watch Him multiply it. Rest in His care — He knows what you need before you ask. CONCLUSION: God’s provision is not occasional — it is continual, intentional, and rooted in His unchanging nature. When you walk with Him, you will not lack what He knows you need.
You are His — fully loved, fully claimed, fully protected, and eternally secure. Everything else flows from that identity. 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 Don’t you know that your body is a temple that belongs to the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit, whom you received from God, lives in you. You don’t belong to yourselves. You were bought for a price. So bring glory to God in the way you use your body. Romans 14:8 If we live, we honor the Lord, and if we die, we honor the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. THERE ARE BENEFITS TO BELONGING TO GOD. John 1:12 — “To all who received Him… He gave the right to become children of God.” Belonging to God means you are not just forgiven — you are family. You Are loved with an unbreakable, unconditional love. Jeremiah 31:3 — “I have loved you with an everlasting love.” God’s love for His own does not rise and fall with your performance. Psalm 91:1–2 — Those who belong to Him “dwell in the secret place of the Most High.” Belonging to God places you under divine protection that no enemy can override. Philippians 4:19 — “My God shall supply all your need…” Belonging to God means your needs are His responsibility. Psalm 32:8 — “I will instruct you and teach you… I will guide you with My eye.” He doesn’t just save you — He leads your steps. John 14:27 — Jesus gives a peace the world cannot give. This peace guards your heart even in storms. Hebrews 13:5 — “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Belonging to God means His presence is permanent. John 10:28–29 — No one can snatch you out of His hand. Belonging to God means your eternity is settled.
I DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT I NEEDED THIS WORD FROM GOD. GLOOORRRY!!! HALLELUJAH!!! I HOPE YOU ENJOYED AND RECEIVED FROM THIS QUICK REFRESHER.
Psalm 37:4 Take delight in the LORD, and He will give you your heart’s desires. To take delight in God means to find your deepest joy, satisfaction, and pleasure in who God is—His presence, His character, His love, His ways, and His will. It’s not just enjoying His blessings; it’s enjoying Him. This is a verse that is often partially quoted. You’ll hear people say that God will give you the desires of your heart. That sounds great! Everyone wants to have his or her desires fulfilled. If this is the only thing a person reads out of the verse, they are missing the point. The crux of this verse is that it is not two separate pieces of wisdom, but an “if/then” statement. If you take delight in the Lord, then He will grant the desires of your heart, because if you are truly delighted in Him, then the desires of your heart will align with His will. This verse is not promising that whatever a person’s desires are, God will fulfill them; it is promising that if you line your will up with God’s, then your desires will always be fulfilled, because God’s will is always fulfilled. If this verse is an instruction (which the chapter header clearly says it is), then it’s the guidance that is the focus, not the result. When you find your delight in someone, your desires begin to line up with theirs. You find joy in their happiness and frustration in their agitation. When you delight in God your desires begin to line up with His. Your deepest yearning is for His will to be fulfilled. This verse is an important one for us to keep in our hearts because it reminds us that life is not about God following our plan, or giving us what we want. It is about us conforming to His will and, in that, we can find ultimate fulfillment. Psalm 40:8 — “I delight to do Your will, O my God.” Obedience becomes a joy, not a chore. THINK ABOUT IT, ARE YOU THERE? What Delighting in God Looks Like in Daily Life: You enjoy spending time with Him — prayer, worship, Scripture. trust Him quickly — because your joy is rooted in His character. You obey willingly — because His ways bring life. You talk about Him naturally — because your heart is full of Him. You find peace in Him — even when circumstances are unstable.
I HOPE YOU ENJOYED AND RECEIVED FROM THIS QUICK REFRESHER.
Let me ask you a few questions. Are you being the best you can be for God? Do you know how to be the best you can be for God? Have you ever thought about it? To be “the best you can be for God,” Scripture gives a clear pathway: pursue holiness, obedience, love, humility, and faithful endurance. We become our best for God by giving God our whole life. We will never be our best for God if we only give God bits and pieces of our life. Being with God when we want to and being with the world when we want to will not work. Being with God is a fulltime commitment. Romans 12:1–2 “Present your bodies a living sacrifice… be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” This is the foundation: offering yourself fully to God and letting Him reshape your thinking. To become our best for God we must do everything for the Lord. Colossians 3:23–24 Teaches “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord.” Your work, your habits, your character—everything becomes worship when done for God. We become our best for God when we make God our motive. Too many of us do things with ungodly motives. We must make sure our motives are Godly. 1 Corinthians 10:31“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink… do all to the glory of God.” Even small daily actions can honor God when done with the right heart. To be our best for God we must shine as light. Philippians 2:14–16 Teaches us that living without complaining or arguing makes us stand out as a “light in the world.” We must let our light shine. When is our light shining? Our light is shining when people can see God when they see us, our light is shining when people can hear God when they hear us. Our light is shining when our life is bringing GLORY to God. Philippians 3:12–14 Teaches us to keep pressing forward. Paul admits he isn’t perfect—but he keeps striving toward Christ, and we must admit that we are not perfect, and continue striving to be like Christ. Hebrews 12:1–2 Teaches us to Run with endurance. We must lay aside sin, stay focused on Jesus, and keep going even when it’s hard. James 1:22 Teaches us to Be a doer of the Word. Our best for God is not just knowing Scripture but living it. SUMMARY: How to Be Your Best for God Give God your whole life (Romans 12:1–2) Do everything for His glory (1 Cor. 10:31) Grow intentionally in character (2 Peter 1:5–8) Live by the Spirit (Gal. 5:22–23) Train yourself spiritually (1 Tim. 4:7–8) Love God deeply and obey Him (Matt. 22:37; John 14:15) Press forward daily (Phil. 3:12–14) Depend on God’s power (Phil. 2:13)
