2 Corinthians 6:17 calls believers to separate from sin, idolatry, and ungodly influences, echoing a long biblical pattern where God’s people are commanded to come out from corrupt environments so they can walk in holiness and enjoy His fellowship.
3. 2 Corinthians 7:1“Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.” This is Paul’s continuation of the same thought—separation leads to holiness.
