Romans 8:31 is Paul’s declaration that God’s commitment to His people makes every opposing force ultimately powerless. The verse is a rhetorical question meant to anchor believers in unshakeable confidence: If the Almighty God is for you, then no enemy—human, spiritual, or circumstantial—can ultimately prevail.
