GOD LIVES IN YOU “PART 2”

GOD LIVES IN YOU “PART 2”

1 Corinthians 3:16 “Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?” WHY IS THIS VERSE IMPORTANT TO US, HOW DOES THIS VERSE BENEFIT US?
It breaks the lie of spiritual weakness.
Many believers live as if they’re spiritually empty, waiting for God to “show up.”
But this verse declares: You are already filled. You already carry His presence. You already have access to His wisdom, strength, and discernment.
This destroys the mindset of: “I can’t.” “I’m not enough.” “I’m spiritually weak.” ONCE WE REALIZE WHO LIVES IN US WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT: I CAN, I AM ENOUGH, AND I AM SPIRITUALLY STRONG!!!
IT’S THEN THAT WE REALIZE: We carry the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead.
WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE GOD’S TEMPLE Temples were protected spaces — guarded, honored, and set apart.
If you are God’s temple: the enemy cannot claim ownership of you, he cannot dwell where God dwells, he cannot define you, and he cannot overpower the Spirit within you.
This verse becomes a shield. It reminds you that spiritual attacks do not mean spiritual defeat.
What does this verse means for HEALING? If you are God’s temple and His Spirit lives in you, then: God’s presence is already working inside you. Healing isn’t something you’re trying to pull down from heaven. It’s something the Spirit is working from within.
The Spirit in you: restores, renews, strengthens, convicts, comforts, and brings life.
THINK ABOUT THIS: God does not abandon His temple. A builder doesn’t walk away from His own house. A king doesn’t neglect His own sanctuary.
If you are His temple, then: He cares about your wholeness, He invests in your restoration, He protects
what belongs to Him, AND THIS IS THE WORD OF GOD, AMEN AND AMEN!!!

FREEDOM THROUGH CHRIST

FREEDOM THROUGH CHRIST

Romans 6:6–7 We know that the person we used to be was crucified with him to put an end to sin in our bodies. Because of this we are no longer slaves to sin. The person who has died has been freed from sin.
Romans 8:2 The standards of the Spirit, who gives life through Christ Jesus, have set you free from the standards of sin and death.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Whoever is a believer in Christ is a new creation. The old way of living has disappeared. A new way of living has come into existence.
Romans 6:11–14 So consider yourselves dead to sin’s power but living for God in the power Christ Jesus gives you. Therefore, never let sin rule your physical body so that you obey its desires. Never offer any part of your body to sin’s power. No part of your body should ever be used to do any ungodly thing. Instead, offer yourselves to God as people who have come back from death and are now alive. Offer all the parts of your body to God. Use them to do everything that God approves of. Certainly, sin shouldn’t have power over you because you’re not controlled by God’s laws, but by God’s favor.

THANKS TO JESUS SIN DOESN’T HAVE POWER OVER US. WE HAVE THE POWER TO STOP LIVING WITH THE SINS THAT WE WERE SLAVES TO. IT’S BECAUSE OF JESUS WE HAVE POWER TO STOP USING DRUGS, WE HAVE POWER TO COME OUT OF HOMOSEXUALITY, WE HAVE POWER TO STOP THE RACISM, THE GREED, THE SELF-CENTERNESS, THE PRIDE, ETC. BECAUSE OF JESUS WE HAVE THE POWER TO LIVE A GODLY LIFE.
NOW COME OUT OF THAT MESS, AND START LIVING A GODLY LIFE, AND BELIEVE ME EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO COME OUT OF. COME OUT OF IT NOW!!! GIVE ALL OF YOUR LIFE TO GOD AND BE BLESSED BY GOD.

PRAYING IN FAITH

PRAYING IN FAITH

Matthew 21:21–22 Jesus answered them, “I can guarantee this truth: If you have faith and do not doubt, you will be able to do what I did to the fig tree. You could also say to this mountain, ‘Be uprooted and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. Have faith that you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”
Mark 11:22–24 Jesus said to them, “Have faith in God! I can guarantee this truth: This is what will be done for someone who doesn’t doubt but believes what he says will happen: He can say to this mountain, ‘Be uprooted and thrown into the sea,’ and it will be done for him. That’s why I tell you to have faith that you have already received whatever you pray for, and it will be yours.
James 1:6–8 When you ask for something, don’t have any doubts. A person who has doubts is like a wave that is blown by the wind and tossed by the sea. A person who has doubts shouldn’t expect to receive anything from the Lord. A person who has doubts is thinking about two different things at the same time and can’t make up his mind about anything.
1 John 5:14–15 We are confident that God listens to us if we ask for anything that has his approval. We know that he listens to our requests. So we know that we already have what we ask him for.

ALLOW THIS WORD FROM GOD TO BE A GUIDE UNTO YOUR LIFE, AND BE BLESSED BY GOD.

“Walking With Jesus Through Holy Week” (Part 2)

“Walking With Jesus Through Holy Week” (Part 2)

Good Friday — The Crucifixion
Isaiah 53:5 “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities…”
John 19:30 “When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.”
What Good Friday Means
Good Friday is the day Christians remember the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ. It is the most solemn day of Holy Week, yet it carries the deepest hope, because the suffering of Christ is the very act that brings salvation.
Even though the events were tragic, the day is called “Good” because of what Jesus accomplished through His sacrifice: our redemption, forgiveness, and reconciliation with God.
What Happened on Good Friday
Here are the key moments traditionally associated with the day:
• Jesus is arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane
• He is falsely accused, beaten, and sentenced
• He carries His cross to Golgotha
• He is nailed to the cross between two criminals
• Darkness covers the land
• Jesus speaks His final words
• He dies and is laid in a borrowed tomb
Good Friday is the fulfillment of prophecy — the Lamb of God offering Himself for the sins of the world.
Why Good Friday Matters Spiritually
1. It reveals the depth of God’s love
Jesus willingly suffered to save humanity.
2. It exposes the seriousness of sin
The cross shows that sin is not a small matter — it required a perfect sacrifice.
3. It demonstrates the obedience of Christ
He submitted fully to the Father’s will, even unto death.
4. It opens the way to salvation
Through His death, the barrier between God and humanity is removed.
5. It sets the stage for the Resurrection
Good Friday is not the end — it is the doorway to Easter Sunday.

LET US NEVER FORGET WHAT JESUS ENDURED BECAUSE OF HIS LOVE FOR US. LET US NEVER FORGET THE IMPORTANCE OF WHAT JESUS ENDURED BECAUSE OF HIS LOVE FOR US.

“Walking With Jesus Through Holy Week” (Part 3)

Saturday — The Silence of the Tomb
Matthew 27:59–60 Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth. Then he laid it in his own new tomb, which had been cut in a rock. After rolling a large stone against the door of the tomb, he went away.
Joseph of Arimathea, a wealthy and respected follower of Jesus, takes Jesus’ body down from the cross. He wraps it carefully in a clean linen cloth and places it in his own new tomb that had been carved out of rock. After laying Jesus inside, he rolls a large stone across the entrance, sealing the tomb.
Psalm 16:10 “For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.”
The verse expresses deep confidence that God will not abandon His faithful one to death or allow His Holy One to experience decay. It reflects trust that God preserves life, protects from ultimate destruction, and remains faithful even in the face of death.

GOD DIDN’T ABANDON JESUS AND HE WILL NOT ABANDON US!!!
JESUS DIDN’T QUIT ON US AND LET US NOT QUIT ON HIM.

Walking With Jesus Through Holy Week” (Part 4).

Resurrection Sunday — He Is Risen
Matthew 28:5–6 “And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said.”
The angel tells the women at Jesus’ tomb not to be afraid. He explains that Jesus, who was crucified, is no longer there because He has risen just as He promised. The angel invites them to see the empty tomb for themselves as proof of His resurrection.
John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.”
Jesus declares that He Himself is the source of resurrection and eternal life. Anyone who believes in Him will live, even after physical death. He is telling Martha that life and victory over death are found in Him alone.
LET US REMEMBER: God meets you in places that look hopeless. What feels like an ending is often the beginning of something new. Jesus doesn’t just give life — He IS life.
Because Jesus lives, you can face anything — even the things that feel impossible.
The resurrection is not just a moment in history; it is the power that carries you today.

I HOPE YOU FOUND THIS FOUR-PART SERIES TO BE INFORMATIVE AND REFRESHING.

DON’T BE A BUSYBODY

DON’T BE A BUSYBODY

2 Thessalonians 3:11 We hear that some of you are not living disciplined lives. You’re not working, so you go around interfering in other people’s lives.
1 Timothy 5:13 At the same time, they learn to go around from house to house since they have nothing else to do. Not only this, but they also gossip and get involved in other people’s business, saying things they shouldn’t say.
Proverbs 18:6–7 “A fool’s lips lead to conflicts. His mouth invites a beating. A fool’s mouth is his ruin. His lips are a trap for his soul.”
Proverbs 20:3 Avoiding a quarrel is honorable. After all, any stubborn fool can start a fight.
Proverbs 20:19 Whoever goes around as a gossip tells secrets. Do not associate with a person whose mouth is always open.

DON’T BE LIKE THESE PEOPLE. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS, GUARD WHAT COMES OUT OF YOUR MOUTH, AND BE CAREFUL WHO YOU ASSOCIATE WITH.

LIFT UP GOD, LET GOD SHINE.

LIFT UP GOD, LET GOD SHINE.

John 3:30 He must increase in importance, while I must decrease in importance.
Psalm 115:1 “Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your name give glory because of your mercy and truth.”
John 3:31“The person who comes from above is superior to everyone.”
Galatians 2:20 “I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live I live by believing in God’s Son, who loved me and took the punishment for my sins.”
O, beware, do not seek to be something! Let me be nothing, and Christ be all in all!

TOO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO BE MORE THAN THEY ARE, AND NOT RECOGNIZING GOD TO BE WHO HE IS. TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE SEEKING GLORY FOR THEIRSELF, AND REFUSING TO GIVE GOD HIS GLORY. DON’T BE LIKE THOSE PEOPLE.

REMEMBER WHO GOD IS.

REMEMBER WHO GOD IS.

Psalm 103:2–3 “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.”
This is one of those passages where David is deliberately talking to his own soul, commanding it to remember who God is and what God does. When you slow down and unpack it, the depth is stunning.
1. “Bless the LORD, O my soul…” — A deliberate act of remembrance
David isn’t speaking casually. He is summoning his inner life — emotions, thoughts, memory, will — to honor God. This is intentional worship, not passive feeling. He’s saying:
“Soul, don’t drift. Focus. Remember.”
2. “…and forget not all His benefits” — Spiritual amnesia is real
David knows the human heart forgets God’s goodness quickly, especially under pressure.
So he commands himself to remember the concrete things God has done.
3. “Who forgiveth all thine iniquities…” — Wholeness begins with forgiveness. David starts with the deepest healing: sin forgiven. He places spiritual restoration before physical healing because Scripture consistently teaches that wholeness begins in the soul. Forgiveness is not a side benefit — it is the foundation of every other blessing.
4. “…who healeth all thy diseases” — God as the source of restoration. This line speaks to God’s power to heal: Physical sickness, Emotional wounds, and Spiritual brokenness. It does not promise a life without sickness, but it does reveal: God is the healer, healing is part of His character, and restoration is His intention for His people.
I hope you enjoyed and received from this quick refresher.

SOMETIME WE NEED TO TALK TO OURSELF, AND REMIND OURSELF ABOUT WHO GOD IS, AND WHAT GOD DOES.
