John 1:12 “But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.”
John 6:47 “Very truly I tell you, the one who believes has eternal life.”
Acts 16:31 (NASB) “They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
In the Bible, the word believe means to agree in your mind that something is true. If you believe God exists, you accept he’s real. But believing goes deeper than this, because Christian belief means trusting God to the point that you’ll commit your life to follow and live for Him.
