THE PRESENCE OF GOD
Ps 139:7–12
Where can I go ⸤to get away⸥ from your Spirit? Where can I run ⸤to get away⸥ from you? If I go up to heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in hell, you are there. If I climb upward on the rays of the morning sun ⸤ or⸥ land on the most distant shore of the sea where the sun sets, even there your hand would guide me and your right hand would hold on to me. If I say, “Let the darkness hide me and let the light around me turn into night,” even the darkness is not too dark for you. Night is as bright as day. Darkness and light are the same ⸤to you⸥.

The Lord is near to everyone who prays to him, to every faithful person who prays to him. He fills the needs of those who fear him. He hears their cries for help and saves them.

Christ’s Cure
It is said of the impotent man he was “cured,” “made whole,” “healed,” “took up his bed and walked” (John 5:9, 10, 13, 14).
1. When we are “cured” from the disease of sin—Psa. 103:3.
2. “Made whole” from the effects of sin—1 Cor. 6:11.
3. Healed to health in the Lord—1 Peter 2:24.
4. Master that which once mastered us—Phil. 3:7, 8.
5. Walk in the ways of the Lord—Mal. 2:6, then we evidence Christ has blest us indeed.

GOD IS OUR PROTECTOR
Isaiah 54:17 – No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord.”
Psalm 34:7 – The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.
Psalm 32:7 – You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance. Selah
A Prayer for the Protection of God Father, I want to live in the shadow of Your wing. When life is hard, and I don’t know what to do, help me remember that You are with me and that I am never alone. I cannot live without You. I cannot face tomorrow without the promise of Your presence. Today I choose to walk and live under the protection of You, The Most High. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you (Eph. 4:32).
STOP HOLDING GRUDGES, WE MUST FORGIVE OTHERS, AS GOD HAS FORGIVEN US.

“Teacher, which commandment is the greatest in Moses’ Teachings?” Jesus answered him, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the greatest and most important commandment. The second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’ All of Moses’ Teachings and the Prophets depend on these two commandments.”

God’s Power Gives Us the Ability to Live Godly Lives
2 Peter 1:3-10
God’s divine power has given us everything we need for life and for godliness. This power was given to us through knowledge of the one who called us by his own glory and integrity. Through his glory and integrity he has given us his promises that are of the highest value. Through these promises you will share in the divine nature because you have escaped the corruption that sinful desires cause in the world. Because of this, make every effort to add integrity to your faith; and to integrity add knowledge; to knowledge add self-control; to self-control add endurance; to endurance add godliness; to godliness add Christian affection; and to Christian affection add love. If you have these qualities and they are increasing, it demonstrates that your knowledge about our Lord Jesus Christ is living and productive. If these qualities aren’t present in your life, you’re shortsighted and have forgotten that you were cleansed from your past sins. Therefore, brothers and sisters, use more effort to make God’s calling and choosing of you secure. If you keep doing this, you will never fall away.
